This cup was made with slabs of clay that I textured using a template that I pressed leaves into and carved last fall at this time. It has an extruded foot which is hollow. Fired in the soda chamber of the wood kiln at Kevin Lehman’s Pottery in Lancaster, PA it has a beautiful sheen on the surface.
