The slip design on this round bottom cup is enhanced by the firing with dripping ash, orange flashing, and the dimpling that is characteristic of the effect of the soda added to the end of the firing. It is made of porcelain which became slightly out of round in the hot kiln. I love to have wine in my round bottom cups but they are really fine for any drink you would like.
